Reviews
More than prosciutto with a full menu. Good food, wine and service and a reasonable price in comfortable space.
Never ever go here! This restaurant is not what it used to be. We arrived with 7 people for an aperitivo. That was okay. However we decided to have dinner and that was the biggest disaster I have ever experienced in any restaurant (not just in Italy). After having around 5 bottles of wine we got a minimal portion of tagliata which a wasnt even cooked properly as we particularly asked. We all were very dissatisfied and dissapointed.
P.S. We instantly booked tickets back to the Netherlands
Top!!!
The place is atmospheric, but the food generally ranks last among all the establishments in Piedmont. Dry and tough meat, old vegetables, and potatoes in general were previously boiled and then fried - but these are not grilled vegetables.
Chocolate cake is dry and not tasty. I do not recommend this establishment
I had never been there since it moved, welcoming place, fast service. The menu is clear with platters obviously recalling San Daniele ham but also first and second courses including fish. Value for money more than good. Good wine list, also excellent choices by the glass. Definitely coming back…
The room is basic in terms of furnishings but very welcoming. Friendly staff and fast, attentive service. The San Dienele platter is a must. The rib was very soft and tasty but a little more cooked than my request for "rare"! Average prices
Nice room furnished with simplicity and good taste. The policy of a menu that is not too broad is appreciable, it benefits the quality. I enjoyed the second courses more than the first courses. For my personal taste there was too much cream in the tagliolini and I would have preferred the fusilli to be more al dente. Courteous staff who give good advice. Wide choice of cutting boards and different cuts of meat, including "exotic" ones. Reasonable prices.
Restaurant near the center of Biella, convenient parking. Very good meat but small menu and medium-high prices.
